The "Perfect Fit" Guarantee
We know buying for Frenchies is hard. Their chests are wide, their necks are thick, and standard sizing often fails.
Our Promise: If your item doesn't fit, we will exchange it for the correct size for FREE. We cover the shipping cost to get the new size to you.
Refunding for Cash?
If you prefer a full refund instead of an exchange, we are happy to process that within 30 days. However, for cash refunds, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Customized/Personalized Items: Please note that any product personalized with your pet's name or custom text is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your sizing and spelling before ordering custom items!
How to Start
Email us at support@frenchievault.cc with your Order # and we will send you a prepaid label (for exchanges) or an address (for refunds).
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you and your Frenchie to love every purchase! We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Grooming products (wipes, pastes, balms, nose balm)
- Food-related items (bowls, feeders that have been used)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance promotions
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@frenchievault.cc within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back
- Important: Unauthorized returns sent without approval will be refused and returned to sender at your expense
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and handling costs.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@frenchievault.cc
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You'll receive email confirmation within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
- Refunds will reflect the purchase price minus return shipping costs and restocking fees (if applicable)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier and/or contacting your local post office. For high-value orders, we suggest requiring a signature upon delivery.
